BRECKENRIDGE — A Silverthorne man accused of killing his wife in 2010 will not be allowed to leave the state to visit his three children while awaiting trial, a judge ruled at a hearing Thursday.
Dale Bruner’s $50,000 bond — which prosecutors and victims said was relatively low for his second-degree murder charge — was also discussed at the hearing.
Dale Bruner filed a motion to leave Colorado earlier this week in an attempt to travel to California this weekend for a supervised visitation with his three young children, who live there with their mother’s brother, Aaron Roller.
It would have been the first time Bruner had seen his children since he was indicted on charges of second-degree murder, assault and tampering with evidence in .
