BOULDER, Colo.—A 67-year-old man is in jail after a 12-year-old boy told police the man pointed a pellet gun at him while the boy was playing hide-and-seek and strayed into the man’s yard.
Police said Paul Staffin was being held Monday on suspicion of felony menacing.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera ( ), the man told the boy he could have been killed.
