Bet the farm

All ages are invited to the second annual Sprout Down! fundraiser, with five hours of beneficial fun including local food, music, art, a silent auction and more from 6 to 11 p.m., on Wednesday. Proceeds benefit Sprout City Farms’ 1-acre farm at the Denver Green School, the first farm on a Denver Public Schools property. Vegetables raised there are used in the school cafeteria and donated to the community. Donations of $7-$15 are accepted on a sliding scale at the door, and all donations will be matched.
