Through Friday: South Suburban Parks and Recreation has approximately 50 volunteer positions available for teens ages 12-15 in the areas of sports, art, nature and child care. Aveda Walk for Water

Sunday:The staff of TallGrass Aveda Spa and Salon in Evergreen is sponsoring a 4K walk beginning at 10 a.m. at the Evergreen Lakehouse. This is the average distance women in developing countries have to walk every day to get clean water. The entry fee is $20 minimum and participants are asked to bring banners and signs to raise awareness of of water resources.
