COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—A 2-year-old child suffered minor injuries after falling out of a second-story window while his mother was cleaning a bedroom.
The mother told Colorado Springs police she opened a window in her apartment on Thursday to air out the room and was putting away toys when she turned around and saw the screen missing and saw the child on the ground.
The child was taken to the hospital for minor injuries and kept for observation.
