Investigators in Weld County are trying to identify the body of a man in his 30s or 40s found wrapped in a blue tarp and dumped in an irrigation ditch in Hudson.
The body was found by two employees of the Farmers Reservior and Irrigation Co. this morning at Weld County Road 12.5 at Interstate 76.
Foul play is suspected. The Sheriff’s Department said this evening that the body had no obvious trauma. An autopsy is planned for Thursday.
The man is white, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and about 140 pounds. He had reddish brown hair in a pony tail, the Sheriff’s Department stated.
