Denver Civic Center could be on its way to becoming a National Historic Landmark – the first of its kind in the Mile High City. Denver Mayor Michael Hancock testified in support of the designation at the Spring 2012 National Park system advisory board landmarks committee meeting on Tuesday, according to a news release.
