GYPSUM, Colo.—A volunteer track coach at a high school in Eagle County has been arrested after allegations of an unlawful sexual act with a student.
Twenty-year-old Omar Saucedo of Gypsum was booked into jail Friday on a charge of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.
The Eagle Valley High School volunteer track coach is accused of an unlawful sexual act with a 15-year-old student, away from school property.
He is being held without bond pending a court appearance Monday. It’s unknown if he has a lawyer who can comment on his behalf.
