GREELEY, Colo.—A former Colorado Department of Transportation worker has been ordered to repay $7,000 for gas he stole from the agency.
Kelly Iiams was also sentenced to three years of probation Monday for felony embezzlement of public property for using a state-issued credit card to buy fuel for his personal vehicles.
According to the Greeley Tribune ( ), Iiams must repay the money in three years or his probation could be extended.
