announced the 25th anniversary tour of his landmark album “So” this morning.
And Colorado fans will be pleased to hear that the tour will play in September.
Gabriel’s Back to Front tour, featuring original members of his “So” touring band and the entire album from front to back, will play Red Rocks on Sept. 30, promoter Live Nation announced this morning. Currently Gabriel has only has 13 dates in the U.S. and Canada on the books. Tickets will go on sale on May 31 for fan club members, and a general on-sale will follow at Ticketmaster.
“So” – the biggest selling album of Gabriel’s career and home to hits ”In Your Eyes,” “Sledgehammer,” “Big Time” and the Kate Bush ballad “Don’t Give Up” – will also be reissued on Sept. 18 in multiple formats, including a three-CD set.
This show will be Gabriel’s second show in 15 months at Red Rocks, as he brought his popular, orchestral New Blood tour to the amphitheater last June. .
