Telluride already enjoys lots of music and film, so it’s almost unfair that it’s getting another big-name event. Tickets for the Aug. 25-26 Ride Festival in Telluride Town Park are on sale at 10 a.m. today. ($87.50 for both days, single-day tickets available in June; )

The FMQB Triple A Conference is a not-so-sexy-sounding name for a radio industry confab that this year will bring the exciting mix of Passion Pit, Fun., Alabama Shakes, Citizen Cope, Trampled by Turtles, Good Old War and more to Boulder’s Fox Theatre from Aug. 8-10. Tickets are on sale at noon today. ($36.50, )
