Commerce City police today released surveillance images of suspects in an armed robbery and fatal shooting.

Two men in the photos are suspects in the May 17 shooting death of a business owner, police said in a media release.

Bernardo Saenz-Perches, 44, owner the Joyeria Alondra store, 5908 E. 64th Ave., was shot during an afternoon robbery at his business.

The day of the shooting, Saenz-Perches was taken to Denver Health Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Two men were seen fleeing the store after the shooting.

Police are asking the public’s help in identifying the suspects.

One suspect is described as a black or dark-skinned Hispanic man who was wearing a dark hoodie, dark shorts and black tennis shoes.

A second suspect is described as a Hispanic man, about 6 feet tall with a thin build, short, dark hair and a receding hair line. The day of the incident he was wearing eyeglasses, a grey long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes. He appeared to have a white muscle shirt wrapped around his head.

A third suspect, a man, drove a vehicle away from the store.
