Gotye is following Foster the People in booking a summer headlining gig at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on the strength of a runaway hit single — in this case, the pervasive “Somebody That I Used to Know,” which has racked up a staggering 240 million views since it was posted on YouTube last July. Tickets for the Belgian-Australian artist’s Aug. 22 concert with Missy Higgins and Jonti, which kicks off a 32-date North American tour, are on sale at 10 a.m. today. ($38.50-$42.75, Ticketmaster)

Jane’s Addiction just finished swinging through Colorado with last week’s freaky, audience-pleasing Fillmore Auditorium show (see our review on ), but the L.A. band is already planning a return trip. Tickets for its Aug. 26 appearance at Colorado Springs’ Pikes Peak Center, with openers Big Black Delta, are on sale at 10 a.m. today. ($36.50- $49.95, TicketsWest)

Brian Regan, the “clean” comedian known as much for his profanity-free jokes as his ravenous fan base, will also stop by the Pikes Peak Center in a couple of months. Tickets for his Aug. 17 show are on sale at 10 a.m. today. ($39.75-$49.75, TicketsWest)

My Morning Jacket announced its Aug. 3-4 stand at Red Rocks back in April, but now the guitar-driven band is rebranding its summer tour — including the Red Rocks dates — to let fans pick the set list. MMJ also promises that no songs will be repeated from one night to the other at Red Rocks. Check out the band on Twitter (@mymorningjacket) for details on its “Spontaneous Curation Series.” Tickets for both shows are on sale. (Ticketmaster)

Aaron Freeman, a.k.a. Gene Ween, made music headlines when he split from longtime Ween band member Mickey Melchiondo (a.k.a. Dean Ween) last week. And Freeman, who’s pushing a new solo album, didn’t waste any time announcing a string of shows. He plays the Bluebird Theater on Nov. 3, with tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, and Boulder’s Fox Theatre on Nov. 11, on sale today. ($22-$25, or )

Fat Wreck Chords veterans Strung Out are reuniting for a tour, which will take the SoCal punks to the Ogden Theatre on Aug. 16. Tickets for their show with Handguns and the Darlings are on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday. ($18, )

Boulder bluegrass masters Hot Rize announced a Sept. 14 concert at the Boulder Theater. Tickets are on sale today. ($30-$50, )
