ASPEN, Colo.—The Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a fly fisherman found a decomposing body along the south edge of the Roaring Fork River near Aspen.

Deputy Tiffani Delaney says authorities were called Saturday afternoon and the man’s body was removed later that evening. The man appeared to be lying on his side with his head rested on a pillow.
