STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo.—Organizers of a cattle drive scheduled for downtown Steamboat Springs July 1 say they have raised enough money to hold the event.
Organizer Dean Vogelaar tells the Steamboat Pilot & Today () donors have contributed the $1,500 that was needed to cover an increase in insurance premiums to $3,000 for the cattle drive.
The drive last took place in 2009.
