Kirsten Hamling used to run . Proceeds from the sales were to benefit Children’s Hospital Colorado Burn Unit.
The Denver District Attorney charged Hamling with 13 counts of theft, four counts of charitable fraud, three counts of filing a false tax return, two counts of failure to file a tax return and one count of attempt to influence a public servant.
She turned herself in to the Glendale Police Department. She was charged yesterday. Her bond is set at $10,000.
