Denver Century Ride
The Coldwell Banker Denver Century Ride, tomorrow June 17, will take hundreds of bike riders through one of five courses ranging from five to 100 miles. The ride benefits BikeDenver and Coldwell Banker donates $10 for every registration. It has made more than $20,000 in additional donations to other local organizations
All courses offer a scenic look at the Denver area while starting and finishing at Stapleton Central Park. The 100- and 85-mile courses open at 6:30 a.m., the 62-mile course opens at 7 a.m., the 25-mile course opens at 9:30 a.m. and the five-mile family course opens at 10 a.m. All courses close at 4 p.m. Cyclists riding the 100-, 85- and 62-mile courses must begin by 9 a.m. and those participating in the family ride must begin by 3 p.m.
Online registration has closed; however, on-site registration begins at 5:30 a.m. Sunday. After the ride, Coldwell Banker invites participants to the Post Ride Festival in the Stapleton Central Park Pavilion. The KOSI 101.1 Kraft Korner will provide a place for kids to spin art pictures or personalized buttons for their fathers for Father’s Day. It also will have music, face painters, the Trike Village, sidewalk chalk artists, food, beer and more. New Town Builders is looking forward to seeing all the cyclists at the Denver Century Ride at Stapleton this Sunday. We love cyclists! Come visit New Town Builders for Sun Chips and Coke Zero on Sunday after the ride.
