The Greeley mother arrested for an alleged sex assault against her daughter’s 14-year-old friend was sent back to jail after a second victim came forward.
Greeley Police say Lynne Freeman, 38, was re-arrested Thursday evening on sexual assault charges. She was handcuffed shortly after she bonded out of the Weld County Jail on the original complaint.
Freeman is a volunteer at a Greeley charter school. She was originally arrested for allegedly performing a sex act on a 14-year-old boy back in April 2012. The incident was not reported until June 10, 2012.
Freeman has two daughters, age 7 and 13. She is not allowed to be around them – or any minor for that matter – as a condition of the pending charge. She’s due in court on Monday.
