DENVER—Prosecutors in Denver have charged a 30-year-old man in the death of his 2-month-old daughter.
The Denver District Attorney’s office says Marquis Garrison faces charges of first-degree murder and child abuse resulting in death. He is accused of shaking the infant and throwing her to the ground because he was frustrated by her fussing and crying.
The Denver Post ( ) reports Garrison is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
