• A story on Page 7A Tuesday incorrectly described how much money James Eagan Holmes received from a National Institutes of Health grant. The size of the grant was also incorrect. A $176,000 grant went to support six Ph.D. students for a year — not just Holmes.
• CLARIFICATION: Paraphrased remarks of Denver police union president Nick Rogers overstated his opinion about Denver Chief Robert White’s reproach of an officer at Denver International Airport in a story that appeared Tuesday on Page 12A. He said it was not a tongue lashing.
