A man apparently in his 30s was struck by a car at Sheridan Boulevard near West 17th Avenue Friday night.
The man died at a hospital from his injuries, Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson said.
Denver police initally thought a blue sedan was involved, but that car turned out to have been a witness and not involved, Jackson said.
“We don’t have a good description, but we’d ask anyone who saw anything to please give us a call,” he said.
