COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs police arrested a 77-year-old man Thursday on suspicion of sexually assaulting two 10-year-old girls.
Emmett Larsen was booked in the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center and will likely face felony charges of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust, police said.
The county Department of Human Services informed police Thursday that two 10-year-olds were reporting sexual assaults, police said. The investigation determined Larsen was living in the girls’ home and that Larson had made sexual contact with the girls more than once, police said.
