BOULDER, Colo.—A psychologist says a man under a restraining order to keep away from the Boulder City Council could be a threat to city officials.
Workplace expert John Nicoletti told a Boulder County Court judge on Monday evidence including emails and web postings indicate longtime critic Seth Brigham could get violent. Brigham has denied the allegations.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera ( ), the judge has delayed a ruling to give city officials more time to offer evidence.
