Getting your player ready...

“Hard work pays off,” says Bill Morelli. And he
should know.

At 19, the Michigan native joined the U.S. military.
His enlistment brought him to Colorado
where he received his associate’s degree from
Front Range Community College. But the
ambitious satellite engineer at CRTG Inc., a
company that provides IT solutions to a variety
of government agencies, decided it was not
enough. In November 2011, he enrolled in Regis
University’s College for Professional Studies
(CPS) to work toward not one, but two more
degrees.

CPS offers combined bachelor’s and master’s
degrees that allow students to take two graduate
courses while in an undergraduate program.
The credits apply to both degrees, so that students
can graduate faster and save money.

Bill used this option to earn six credits toward
his MBA while completing a Bachelor of Science
in Business Administration. Additionally he
was able to transfer credits from his associate’s
degree and apply his prior work and military
experience. All in all, Bill received more than 80
transfer credits. Through CPS generous transfer
policies and accelerated 5- and 8-week classes,

Bill will have two new degrees under his belt
less than two years after he joined Regis.
Ranked by U.S. News & World Report as a
Top University in the West for 17 consecutive
years, Regis University offers adult learners a
range of in-demand, flexible bachelor’s and master’s
programs. Students are working professionals,
parents and spouses who want an education
from an accredited university that respects life
balance and helps them achieve the next level
in their careers. Bill plans to use his degrees to
gain a competitive edge in the market place –
with this MBA he can transition his technical
expertise to the executive ranks.
