DENVER—A 45-year-old Denver preschool teacher has been indicted by a federal grand jury on child porn charges.
Jeff Dorschner, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, said Wednesday that David Moe is facing charges of distributing and possessing child porn. He taught at Paddington Station for 18 years and has been director of before- and after-school programs and enrichments at the school since 2005.
Dorschner says a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in San Diego observed child porn available for downloading on another computer that led to Moe and others. Investigators say they found child porn on Moe’s computer and on DVDs and CDs in his home.
A school spokesman could not be reached for comment.
