STRASBURG, Colo.—A man wanted on a warrant for attempted murder is in custody after a police standoff in Strasburg.
Authorities say Isaac Lesperance-Torres surrendered early Thursday after threating to shoot himself and police.
Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson tells KMGH-TV () deputies evacuated a mobile home park Wednesday night because of a report the man was armed and dangerous after he refused to surrender.
