COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs police are trying to find out who left blasting caps on a hiking trail in Palmer Park.
Police said the blasting caps were found Sunday and disarmed. No other explosives were found.
Authorities say the blasting caps appear to be old and warned they could be unstable and dangerous.
