is adding 130 jobs to its Highlands Ranch headquarters, a 15 percent increase to be handled in an upcoming job fair, the company announced Monday.
The jobs, all in its operations division, include supervisory and specialist positions in customer resolution management and a number of jobs in general mortgage servicing.
“The mortgage meltdown and the consolidation of companies spurred lots of growth in specialized servicing, but there’s also been a lot of opportunity from the refinancing going on,” chief operating officer Ali Haralson said. “But our business model as a diversified financial-services company means we’re in it for the long haul and a place to grow a career, not just meet the immediate needs of the changing economy.”
To fill the jobs, SLS will host hiring fairs Sept. 15 and 22 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 8742 Lucent Blvd. in Highlands Ranch.
