Englewood police have arrested the man they suspect seriously injured two people late Friday night.
Police arrested Codell Loats on Sunday morning.
9News reports that police were called to a detached garage on South Acoma Street near West Union Avenue at about 11 p.m. Friday.
Police arrived on the scene to find a 56-year-old woman and a 59-year-old man had been assaulted and seriously hurt by their son. According to CBS4, a neighbor said the couple had been beat with a hammer.
One of the victims is reportedly in critical condition.
Police were not releasing further information about the incident.
