BOULDER, Colo.—A longtime critic of the Boulder City Council who won a lawsuit against the city for trying to obtain a permanent restraining order against him has been arrested.
The Boulder Daily Camera ( ) says Seth Brigham was arrested Saturday by Boulder police on suspicion of indecent exposure and harassment. No other details were available.
Boulder received a temporary restraining order in May and unsuccessfully sought to make it permanent to keep Brigham away from council meetings. The request said he was a threat to public officials.
