GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—Grand Junction police say a man showing off a gun fired a shot through a motel wall that injured a man.
Police said Monday that Juan Lara suffered minor injuries when he got hit.
Officers say they found a large hole in the wall and arrested 26-year-old Zachariah McCullough on suspicion of prohibited use of a weapon, illegal discharge of a firearm, reckless endangerment, and assault.
According to the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel ( ), a witness told police McCullough was waving the gun in the room on Sunday when it suddenly fired and blew a large hole in the wall.
