ASPEN, Colo.—Modern Luxury has acquired Aspen Magazine for an undisclosed price.
The luxury lifestyle publisher said Monday that Aspen Magazine’s previous owner, Janet O’Grady, will remain editor-in-chief of the publication.
Aspen Magazine was founded in 1973. It says it reaches 100,000 readers per issue.
