The closure of another major street has been announced as the city prepares for Wednesday’s presidential debate.
University Boulevard will be closed from Evans Avenue to Louisiana Avenue between 5 to 10 p.m., Colorado Department of Transportation announced Monday.
University is not a recommended route that day in general, traffic planers said.

Traffic planners are expecting major delays for those who do not plan ahead.
The entire RTD bus and rail system will be running on Wednesday, although some bus routes will be detoured, officials said.
