COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—A Colorado Springs high school student is facing charges after he was accused of tampering with food in the lunchroom.
Police say the student, who has not been identified, was seen pouring an unknown liquid on Monday into a salad dressing bottle used by students at Vista Ridge High School. The student is facing charges of reckless endangerment and interfering with school officials.
None of the students reported any illnesses and were sent home.
