The Denver coroner has identified a 47-year-old Aurora man as the victim of a fatal shooting early Sunday in the Capitol Hill area.
Ronald Smith was shot to death near East 11th Avenue and Lincoln Street after a fight that began in The Hive nightclub spilled into the street at about 1 a.m.
Smith was pronounced dead at the hospital when he failed to respond to treatment.
Marvin Joel Rosario-Lopez, 27, was arrested in the shooting.
