Ramps at Cherry Creek, Chatfield, Pueblo, Horsetooth, Lon Hagler, Douglas, Carter and Boyd look to remain open through November. Trout fishing is picking up, in part because of late-season stocking up and down the Front Range. South Park reservoirs are still ice-free, with early-morning ice in shallow areas. Looking for kokanee? Wolford’s dam face has been producing well using a slip float rig with small, bright jigs. Snagging is not permitted. Clear Creek, Bear Creek, Big Thompson and Poudre rivers have been doing well with standard nymphs and small streamers.
