TM Equities, a Salt Lake City-based real estate investment group, has purchased the Windrock and Stone Canyon apartment communities in Parker for $82.75 million.
The sale represents a price per unit of $125,379.
ARA Denver represented the undisclosed institutional seller in the transaction.
Windrock is a 308-unit apartment community, and Stone Canyon is a 352-unit complex. The properties, about two blocks apart on Cottonwood Drive, were 99 percent occupied at the time of closing.
