Denver-based will open its first Oklahoma City franchise location on Tuesday.
This will be the company’s 16th location to open and the second outside of Colorado.
The Oklahoma City restaurant is operated by Garbanzo franchisee GMG Oklahoma LLC, which has the rights to develop up to 10 locations in Oklahoma.
“In collaboration with GMG Oklahoma and its owner Ed Lynn, we are proud to bring fresh and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to Oklahoma City,” said Bob Bafundo, Garbanzo vice president of company and franchise operations.
