Ingredients
1 10-ounce package broccoli, fresh or frozen
¼ cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
1 cup milk
cup water
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup stuffing mix
cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Cook broccoli, drain, and put in a greased baking dish. Melt ¼ cup butter, blend in flour and bouillon cubes as in a roux, add milk and cook until thick. Pour over broccoli. Heat water and 3 tablespoons butter until butter is melted. Mix with stuffing and pour over broccoli. Add nuts and mix in. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
