A 2-year-old Wyoming girl who authorities said was taken by her noncustodial mother Tuesday morning has been found unharmed.
Police found Angeleana Tyler and her mother, Misty Lea Stricker-Campos, about 11 p.m. in Cheyenne. Neither were injured, but police have not offered details about their discovery or said whether Stricker-Campos will be charged with a crime.
Police early Tuesday issued an alert, saying the two were on foot. They believed they were possibly hitchhiking or taking a bus through Colorado en route to Mexico or California.
Authorities’ concerns were heightened because Tyler suffers epilepsy and did not have her medication with her.
