COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Josh Balch scored his first goal of the season in overtime to lift Yale to a 6-5 men’s college hockey win over Colorado College on Saturday.

Balch scored at 3:21 of the overtime period as the Bulldogs (5-2-1) won for the second straight night in overtime. Yale beat Denver 2-1 in OT on Friday. Balch earned his first assist of the season in that game.

Andrew Miller’s power-play goal with 7:57 to play tied the game and forced overtime.

Trent Ruffolo, Jesse Root, Antoine Laganiere and Tommy Fallen also scored for Yale, which outshot the Tigers 48-34. Joe Howe had 42 saves for Colorado College (7-6-1).

Eamonn McDermott, Archie Skalbeck, Rylan Schwartz, Jared Hanson and Scott Winkler had goals for the Tigers.
