Denver police are seeking the public’s help in finding the driver of a car that struck a pedestrian last week and drove away.
The hit-and-run happened about 9 p.m. Thursday and involved a dark colored 2004 or 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX, police said. The speeding car hit the pedestrian near Federal Boulevard and Florida Avenue, causing internal injuries and broken bones. The unidentified pedestrian was in critical condition after the accident.
Police said the car is likely missing its driver’s side-view mirror and sustained front-end damage.
Police urged anyone with information on the incident to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
