GREELEY, Colo.—A driver who struck a cyclist who later died of his injuries has pleaded guilty to a traffic offense of careless driving resulting in death.
Sixty-seven-year-old Mark Christensen pleaded guilty Thursday in Greeley.
Police and court records say 69-year-old Dick Warren was riding his bicycle along the shoulder of the Two Rivers Parkway near Weld County Road 396 on May 16 when he was struck by a vehicle.
Christensen is scheduled to be sentenced March 4.
