Iron & Wine announces a new album, listen to the first single, “Lovers’ Revolution”

Modern bard Sam Beam and his coffee shop-popular outfit will release a follow up to 2011’s “Kiss Each Other Clean” on April 16.

The album, titled “Ghost on Ghost,” features 12 new songs and some typically indie album art

Check out the first song released off the album, “Lovers’ Revolution,” below.

Iron & Wine made its debut on Sub Pop in 2002 and since then has recorded four full-length, studio albums. The folkster last performed in in support of “Kiss Each Other Clean.”
