COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—A funeral is planned Friday for two siblings who were found stabbed in a home in El Paso County last week.
Sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Jeff Kramer says 22-year-old Ethan Courrau stabbed 1-year-old Scarlett Gallagher and 3-year-old Ryan Willhite in a mobile home before stabbing himself. Scarlett was found dead at the scene, while Courrau and Ryan died at a hospital.
Courrau was dating the children’s mother.
Kramer tells The Gazette ( ) that autopsies showed both children died of a stab wound to the neck, while Courrau died of multiple knife wounds.
Courrau’s mother, Beth Courrau, has said her son was bipolar.
