DENVER—The Colorado Department of Transportation has reopened a bridge from northbound Interstate 25 to westbound Interstate 70 after shutting it for several hours to repair surface problems.
Spokeswoman Mindy Crane said the bridge was temporarily closed on Friday because of problems with an expansion joint between bridge sections that could cause cars to have flat tires.
Crane said traffic was diverted until the repairs were complete.
