A suspect in a was identified Monday morning as a Denver man.
Mario Oliveros, 38, is being held at the Adams County Jail after being arrested in the 9100 block of Gale Boulevard, according to a Thornton Police Department media release.
Oliveros is suspected of firing shots at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday inside the Chamucos Bar and Grill, 8651 Washington St., police said.
The victim, a 45-year-old man, remains in a local hospital.
Police investigators will present the case to the Adams County District Attorney’s Office later this week.
