DENVER—Colorado regulators are reviewing reporting rules for oil and gas operators.

Proposed changes include relaxing pollution reporting requirements, new controls on storage tanks and raising limits on emissions for all polluters.

According to the Denver Post ( ), state health officials believe raising the limit for permits on emissions would free state health managers for other work, including more inspections.
