Spirit Airlines said Tuesday that it is starting nonstop service in June between Denver and Houston, with the plane continuing to Orlando.

Miramar, Fla.-based Spirit began serving Denver International Airport in the spring of 2012, and with the Houston service the airline offers seven destinations from Denver.

Spirit offers for such things as carry -on bags and boarding passes printed by the airline.

In February, Spirit announced new service .

“We are very excited that Spirit Airlines is continuing to grow its service at Denver International Airport,” Kim Day, DIA manager of aviation, said in a statement. “This service will increase the number of options available to travelers and enhance Denver International Airport’s position as one of the strongest for domestic air service.”
