For whatever reason, is one of those pop stars you rarely see in the middle of the United States. The pop singer is seemingly always doing well in Europe and Australia, but the last time she was in Colorado was … so many years ago that we don’t really remember.
But thatap about to change. The multiplatinum pop star’s Truth About Love Tour just extended to 60 shows, promoter Live Nation announced this afternoon. And Denver is on the list.
Pink will headline the on Oct. 18, sandwiched between dates at Salt Lake City’s Energy Solutions Arena on Oct. 17 and Seattle’s KeyArena on Oct. 20.
“The Truth About Love” is Pink’s seventh full-length, and it debuted at No. 1 in seven countries including the U.S. when it was released in September of 2012.
Pink’s tour extension runs from Oct. 10 in Oakland, Calif., to Dec. 14 in Atlanta, Ga.
Denver act Churchill will open for Pink on 21 dates of her European tour starting in late-April, and while we’re guessing the indie folk band will have other plans come October, the promoter didn’t say who is opening for the extension of Pink’s U.S. tour.
